This 8 week program is perfect for those wanting to start building strength like a powerlifter and working towards their first meet.  It includes everything you need to know about starting powerlifting, the rules of the sport and the important guidelines to competing as well as 5 workouts a week designed to get you strong and moving like an athlete.
