FREE OTG Super Low-Calorie Chicken Lasagne Recipe

I got such great feedback from my last recipe, I just had to share another one with you!

Let’s be real, flavour, sauce, and variety are essential. You’ll never catch me eating plain boiled chicken and broccoli. “Ain’t nobody got time for that!” A great meal should be exciting, even when it’s low-calorie and high in protein.

So… here’s one of my absolute favourites: a super low-calorie, high-protein chicken lasagne that’s packed with rich flavors and a satisfying texture. Best part? It only takes 10 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to cook, so you’ll have a delicious, guilt-free meal in under 20 minutes!

Nutrition Per Serving

Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • 100g skinless chicken fillet
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 100g chopped tomato
  • 50g chopped basil
  • 50g tomato puree
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 50g baby spinach
  • 200g sliced aubergine
  • 30g parmesan

Method

  1. Cook the Chicken – Grill the chicken in a pan with your chicken stock, chopped tomato, basil, tomato puree, and garlic. Let it simmer and soak up all the flavors.
  2. Add the Spinach – Toss in the baby spinach and cook until wilted. Season with your favourite spices.
  3. Prep the Aubergine – Steam the sliced aubergine until it’s partially cooked.
  4. Assemble the Lasagne – Stack the chicken mixture between layers of aubergine. Top with a generous spoonful of the sauce.
  5. Add the Final Touch – Sprinkle parmesan over the top.
  6. Bake & Enjoy – Bake at 180°C (350°F) until the cheese is golden and crispy.

That’s it! A delicious, indulgent, and guilt-free lasagne, without the heavy carbs or fats.
