Sorah Takes Gold!

We saw our powerlifting powerhouse Sorah Garber take home another Gold for her collection at the IPF South African Powerlifting champs, and it earned her a spot at World Champs this year.

OTG at Nationals

Ryan Sutton our young gun, placed 4th at his first ever Powerlifting Nationals, Russell McLaren stole a silver medal and Ryan Stopforth also put out a sterling performance making his come back to the platform.

SA Champs let’s go!

Kim Edwards our veteran powerlifter, after a long sabbatical cruise through her first powerlifting meet in a year to earn her a spot on the platform at WPC South African champs this August.

Endurance Baby!

We had our 2 endurance athletes Jonathan Mandell complete the 2 Oceans Marathon and Kevin Parry smash his first ever 110km Durban Cycle Race.
