Getting HOT in the COLD is a language OTG can relate to.

Here are some raunchy truths about why you should get your ass into gear in the icy months:

1. Heat up your bedroom game

The more you train and the more regular you get your blood pumping the better your circulation, your movement, your energy, your taste for everything. Translation: Your entire body, including your sexy bits, gets a boost in performance

2. The Natural high

Winter is a mood killer, we have shorter days, colder nights, and overall a feeling of sheer shit when it’s freezing. Training releases endorphins, that’s nature’s free HIGH. We don’t hate getting high, do we?

3. HOT AF even in the winter

Do you only have pants parties in summer? Best you keep yourself looking HOT AF in the bedroom for winter too. That’s enough to keep us in the gym.

4. Take advantage of

The gym is pretty empty in winter because everyone is covered up to the nines, so take advantage of a quiet gym so when everyone rushes in for the summer you’ve already built a body you are proud of.
