It’s taken the world by the short and curly’s and we are seeing kilos being slashed left right and center.
Firstly, you need to that Ozempic is used primarily to manage type 2 diabetes.
It is a VERY EFFECTIVE drug for WEIGHT LOSS (Note that I said WEIGHT and not FAT) and like any drug there are always RISKS.
Here is the problem though, Ozempic results in WEIGHT LOSS not just FAT LOSS, so that will include MUSCLE ATROPHY which becomes a HEALTH PROBLEM.
Massive APPETITE LOSS which is not a HEALTHY RESPONSE. Ozempic is ONLY effective WHILE using it which means the moment you stop using it, YOU WILL BE BACK to square one, which means no knowledge of how to maintain and manage your weight, no self-control, no discipline, no consistency and you will VERY LIKELY gain the weight back.
So, the question is, are you looking to solve a long-term problem or a short-term problem?
Would I recommend Ozempic? YES, if you are excessively overweight, diabetic or on the road to diabetes, if your FAT is compromising your health.
If you want to use it to just lose 10kgs, absolutely not. There are far healthier approaches that will give you longevity, and a better looking and feeling physique.
