  • 1 scoop whey protein (chocolate or vanilla)
  • ½ cup oats (blended into flour)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 10g sugar-free chocolate chips

Method

  1. Blend everything (except choc chips) until smooth.
  2. Stir in choc chips.
  3. Pour batter into a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
