OTG’s Laws of Life

Here are a couple of laws of life you should stick by if you want to really be stronger, better, and wiser and not just talk a big game:

1. Be consistent

Fuck your perfect plan and perfect diet. If you are not consistent, your plan means jack.

2. Train smart

You can train as hard as you like If you not training smart, you not moving forward.

3. Sleep

Stop prioritizing every recovery tool under the sun.  Go to bed, get some sleep. Start there.

4. Eat nutritious food

Stop worrying about supplements, juice diets, and superfoods.  Start by eating better, your daily nutritional habits are directly responsible for your progress.

5. Move better

Leave your ego at the door and train with actual intent.

6. Train holistically

Build your base of strength, and prioritize mobility and stability. Do it right.

7. Be attentive 

Pay less attention to what is being said and more to who is saying it.

8. Live today

In the holidays, revel in moments, have a drink, eat a little more, and forget about tomorrow.  Just be in the ‘right now’.
