It is said to increase your energy levels. Maybe I drink too much caffeine, but I felt no different.
It is also said to improve cognitive function. If you know me, you know I love brain food. I can’t confirm that it did or didn’t, as I only used it once, but it does have a high fulvic acid content, which is used in treating Alzheimer’s.
Nutrient-Rich and Trendy
Shilajit is packed with nutrients and all sorts of magic potions. Marketing companies will brand it as something LIFE-CHANGING, INVALUABLE, SUPER, EXTRAORDINARY, and BRAND NEW.
Don’t fall for it just because it’s trending.
Traditional Use in Ayurvedic Medicine
Shilajit is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a rejuvenator and adaptogen. There is some great research on it, and it is centuries old and has some credibility. Just do some research before falling for another HEALTH and WELLNESS buzz.
