The untold story of INTERMITTENT FASTING

Intermittent fasting, it’s been the “rage” for years

All it really is, is a reduction in your food consumption time window. So instead of eating for the +- 16 hours you’re awake is reduce the time limit in hopes of eating less.

Does it work?

  1. It does if you taking in less calories than you’re expending, if you use your eating window to shovel copious amounts of calories and stuff your face because you’ve been fasting for so long, it defeats the entire point.
  2. Personally I like to throw in one fasting day a week, purely to practice discipline & self control.
  3. You can lose weight without Intermittent fasting, you can gain weight with intermittent fasting.
  4. It all just comes down to consuming less calories than you expend.

I love this topic – do you fast?
