- It does if you taking in less calories than you’re expending, if you use your eating window to shovel copious amounts of calories and stuff your face because you’ve been fasting for so long, it defeats the entire point.
- Personally I like to throw in one fasting day a week, purely to practice discipline & self control.
- You can lose weight without Intermittent fasting, you can gain weight with intermittent fasting.
- It all just comes down to consuming less calories than you expend.
