THERE’S A LOT OF SHIT ON THE INTERNET

[/ux_text] [ux_text text_color=”rgb(0, 0, 0)”]

WHEN IT COMES TO NUTRITION & DIET WE DON’T KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE

It’s just getting confusing for the average Joe who is just looking for some basic advice on how to live a healthier life.

I’ve heard people giving up brown rice because of the arsenic content, or kale because the vitamin k will clog your blood or red meat because it made them fat, milk, cereal, oats – damn! apparently even fucking spinach can kill you now days.

This is going to lead to a society fed on cardboard and water from the Peruvian mountains.

What bothers me most is that people will argue about arsenic, and aspartame (which by the way you will need to drink about 45 cans of coke a day for a year for it to effect you soooo negatively) yet the same people are pumping Botox into their faces and smashing 17 bottles of wine on the weekend.

THERE’S PROS AND CONS TO EVERYTHING WE EAT AND DO.

Exercise some form of control across the board, make wise choices, research topics in the right places, don’t listen to every influencer on your feed, do things in moderation and be careful what you marry your mind to.

There is always going to be some asshole on the internet who will tell you what’s wrong with what you choose. If you want to eat kale, eat kale, just don’t eat 14 truck loads everyday – and who’s going to do that, do we even like kale.

You wouldn’t go to a brick layer to manage your monthly budget would you? Why not treat your diet the same way you do everything else in your life by getting a professional to handle it so you can get the best result.
